longing (to belong), as you rightly said, is the problem, not belonging.
we have never experienced-learnt to belong... our 'looking upto the skies' and the idea that we are universal beings have always come in our way to see how we belong to, and ARE, the earth.
btw, (probably...) we started to look up to the skies, not because we came from there, but because as hosts, as earth, we were waiting for universal spirit... gods... to welcome these guests☺️
